Are communications unlimited on Standard?
No. Standard includes monthly AI, SMS, email, and voice allowances. Usage Boost adds another matching allowance block for $39 per month.
Are payment-processing fees included?
No. Stripe processing and any applicable WrenchDay platform transaction fee are separate from the monthly subscription. The checkout and payment terms show the applicable details.
Can I upgrade after starting free?
Yes. Free Starter is intended to let a shop test the actual workflow before choosing Standard.
