Verified connections

Put outside services where the repair work needs them.

WrenchDay connects accounting, payments, phone, outbound communication, and vehicle data to the shop record. Availability depends on provider setup; unfinished parts-catalog connections are not advertised here.

Real WrenchDay repair-order and invoice workflows with identifying names removed
01

Accounting

QuickBooks

Push supported customers, invoices, payments, suppliers, inventory items, purchase orders, bills, and core credits into the accounting workflow.

Requires a connected QuickBooks account.
02

Payments

Stripe

Create connected-account payment intents for eligible customer invoice links and keep payment status visible to the shop.

Stripe onboarding and processing fees apply.
03

Phone + outbound SMS

Twilio

Support configured shop phone numbers, inbound voice workflows, call logs, transfers, and outbound SMS notifications.

Provider credentials and phone setup are required.
04

Vehicle data

NHTSA

Decode VINs, retrieve available vehicle specifications, and check recall information from public NHTSA data.

Coverage depends on source data availability.
05

Customer updates

Email delivery

Send appointment updates, estimate and invoice links, reminders, and campaigns through the configured email provider.

Outbound delivery only; provider setup applies.
Clear availability

Connected does not mean magically configured.

Each provider requires its own account, credentials, permissions, and supported region. WrenchDay surfaces setup state rather than pretending every connection is live by default.

Supplier catalog search, automated parts ordering, repair manuals, and wiring-diagram providers are not presented as available integrations until their product routes are implemented.

WRENCHDAY FOR INDEPENDENT SHOPS

Keep appointments, repair orders, customer approvals, invoices, and team handoffs connected in one practical workspace.
